The Ergerite rectangular table is an excellent choice for primary and high schools classrooms and learning areas. The rectangular shape can be used as a stand alone desk or combined with other rectangular or semi circle tables to create a larger work surfaces. Each rectangular table features a white table top. This table top can be used as a whiteboard table, or simply as a normal work surface. This table measures 120cm wide x 60cm deep x 66cm high including castors. The strong, metal legs are not height adjustable. Therefore allowing for more space for the student or user. The legs are also supplied with free-rolling castors which can be locked when in use. This allows for the tables to be easily moved throughout the learning environment. The castors can be removed if not wanted. The internal measurements between the legs are 105.5 x 45.5cm. A variety of chairs and seating options can be used with these tables. Traditional chairs, stools, flexi stools, poufs and inflatable flexi balls are all great options. We recommend a distance of between 20 to 37cm between the seat height and the table top. This will also depend on the age and height of each individual student (the Ergerite Rectangular table is available in several heights). With suitable seating to accommodate the size of the group, the Ergerite Rectangular table can be suitable for students working independently, in pairs or small groups.

Care and maintenance for our white board tables: Always be sure to use non-permanent, xylene-free, non-toxic, dry erase markers. (We have an excellent range of Teachables whiteboard markers in a variety of colours and thicknesses). We recommend to clean the table tops after each lesson with a whiteboard eraser or a dry, soft cloth. Our Teachables Whiteboard Cleaner (TEB0202) is also a great option. Always ensure the ink is dry before wiping off the work to help limit residue being left on the surface. We recommend to wipe clean the tables after each activity and not wait until the end of the day as this ensures for easier cleaning and will limit the ink staining the table tops. If the tables have not been cleaned after each use there is a possibility that the whiteboard marker may stain the table. If you find there are marks or residue left on the table please clean with a moist cloth or with our Teachable Whiteboard Cleaner. We do not recommend to use chemical based cleaners such as bleach as this may affect the surface of the table. With a little care, these tables will provide an excellent surface to support creative thinking and problem solving.
