In a New Cage for Nutmeg the reader looks at ways to raise money by selling goods and services. Nutmeg, the class pet rabbit, needs a new cage. The students think of ways to raise money. Some make muffins and lemonade to sell at lunch time. Two students sell a service (dog walking) instead of goods. At the end, the class has raised enough money to buy a new cage for Nutmeg.
