Students get hands-on experience with simple machines and cause & effect as they raise and lower objects on an elevator, move blocks on a conveyor belt & more. Plus, they'll gain insight into how full-sized machines make big jobs easier. This kit includes one of each of the Conveyor Belt (LS0202), the Elevator (LS0203) and the Sky Crane (LS0204).
Conveyor Belt:
Students move a wedge around to see if a change in angle makes work easier or more challenging! The conveyor belt measures 32cm long. Blocks not included.
Elevator:
The wooden platform moves up and down with a spin of the knob. The elevator measures 23cm tall. Accessories not included.
Sky Crane:
Students turn the crank to activate the pulley system and watch the platform move up and down. The sky crane measures 33cm tall. Accessories not included.
