Wooden Workbench – 120(L) x 55(W) x 61(H)cm

This wooden workbench is designed specifically in size for children. The workbench is a replica of a full size carpenter’s bench. The wooden workbench features a solid timer work surface and a middle MDF panel. The wooden workbench also features shelving below the actual work surface. The wooden workbench measures 120(L) x 55(W) x 61(H)cm.

This wooden work bench is made from high quality materials and is designed with durability in mind. Children can use both real tools as well as pretend, role play tools with this workbench. Supervision is required for children using the wooden workbench.  The workbench is not an outdoor item and needs to be stored inside after use.

The wooden work bench can also be used with our real life metal vice (WN26N). Both items are also available as a set (WN29)This real life tool will encourage children to develop their fine motor skills and also develops confidence and perseverance. The use of real tools, with proper supervision helps to encourage children to become confident and capable learners. With the right supervision and guidelines, many children will be able to use real life tools to create, build and design. We always recommend children to be properly supervised and wear appropriate protective clothing, glasses and or gloves where necessary. The use of real life tools in early childhood can lead to real and more meaningful learning experiences.
