Balloons are great for papier mache crafts or just a celebration.Children can create lovely designs by simply placing the papier mache over a blown up balloon. Once the balloon is covered completely and the papier mache has dried, simply pop the balloon and you are left with a perfectly rounded papier mache hollow ball.Children can make faces, animals or anything that the imagination brings to mind. Balloons are always a must have for celebrations such as birthday parties. They can be given away as prizes or have hidden treasures in them once blown up such as wrapped treats or lollies. Children may also wish to make their blown up balloons into faces and create people using other craft items.Another great activity is to loop string covered in pva glue around a blown up balloon. You don’t have to completely cover the balloon like the papier mache. Leaving small gaps creates a lovely look. Once the glue has dried, pop the balloon and you are revealed with a lovely hanging ornament. When strung all together the children this makes for wonderful hand made decorations in the classroom.Size: 30cm.WARNING! Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from Children. Discard broken balloons at once.
